Ford Kuga Lease Deals

You don't tend to associate Ford with SUVs but it's now a serious contender in that market, and that's proven with the Ford Kuga compact SUV. Whilst there are far more stylish SUVs out there (cough Land Rover Discovery Sport cough), the Kuga still represents excellent value for money. It's a third generation model, sitting just above the Puma in the Ford range, and counts the Volkswagen Tiguan and the Kia Sportage among its main rivals.

The Kuga is available as a petrol, diesel, PHEV, or self-charging hybrid vehicle – in other words, there's a Kuga for everyone. Trims go from the basic Zetec, to the Titanium, to the sportier ST-Line, and finally to the range-topping Vignale level. The 1.5-litre petrol engine, dubbed 'EcoBoost', gives you a top speed of 121mph and a 0-62mph time of 9.7 seconds. The plug-in hybrid gives you an electric range of 35 miles before the 2.5-litre petrol engine starts to kick in. Top speed is better than in the solid petrol version at 125mph and with a 0-62mph time of 9.2 seconds. The full hybrid also has a 2.5-litre engine, but it's slightly slower with a top speed of 122mph and a 0-62mph time of 9.1 seconds (you'll barely notice that extra millisecond, we promise!). Elsewhere, boot space stands at 456-litres.
