The Peugeot 5008 is equipped with cutting-edge technology and smart features tailored for family convenience and modern connectivity. It features a sweeping 21-inch Panoramic i‑Cockpit® display that merges a high-resolution driver cluster and central touchscreen, complete with ten customizable i‑Toggles and natural voice control with ChatGPT integration.
In contrast to the normal Peugeot 5008, the Peugeot e‑5008 is a fully electric seven-seater launched on the STLA Medium platform, featuring either single or dual-motor setups with 73 kWh or 98 kWh batteries and impressive EV ranges up to around 415 miles WLTP.
The e‑5008 benefits from a longer wheelbase and extended overall length compared to the 5008, translating into even more cabin and boot space – while retaining the same three-row, sliding and reclining seating layout . Both models share Peugeot’s upscale i‑Cockpit interior with panoramic curved screens, premium materials, and modern controls, though the e‑5008 adds EV-specific features like charge‑optimised navigation and a heat pump
Putting safety first
The Peugeot 5008 offers a comprehensive safety suite combining active and passive systems. Standard features include autonomous emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring, traffic sign recognition, and driver attention alerts. It also comes with multiple airbags, electronic stability control, ABS/EBD, hill descent control, and Advanced Grip Control for varied terrains, as well as front and rear parking sensors and a reversing camera.
