Exterior and Interior
The Leapmotor T03 is a compact five-door hatchback designed with city life in mind. Despite its small footprint, the five-door layout makes getting in and out considerably easier than with a typical three-door city car. Inside, the T03 has a modern, technology-focused cabin featuring an 8-inch digital instrument cluster and a 10.1-inch touchscreen. A panoramic glass roof is also available as part of its generous standard equipment.
Technology and Features
The T03 takes the idea of a small, affordable EV and gives it a surprisingly comprehensive technology package. Features include climate control, a reversing camera, natural voice control and connected technology. Its electric powertrain produces 70kW, while DC rapid charging can take the battery from 30% to 80% in around 36 minutes under suitable conditions
Putting Safety First
The T03 has been designed with a strong body structure, with high-strength steel making up around 60% of the vehicle's body. It also uses a combination of cameras and radar sensors to support its advanced driver assistance systems. Depending on specification, safety and assistance technology includes Adaptive Cruise Control, Traffic Jam Assist, Lane Departure Warning, Lane Keeping Assistance, Blind Spot Detection, Forward Collision Warning, Automatic Emergency Braking, Intelligent Speed Assistance and Driver Drowsiness and Attention Warning.
